Jeff came today to give my furnace and AC a check up, and check my water heater. In our conversation I mentioned that the 2 stage furnace (which is only 4 yrs old) never seemed to heat the house properly. After checking it out he noticed the 2nd stage was not kicking in. He immediately contacted the manufacturer directly to discuss what the correct setting recommendations should be. He discovered that something was not set right upon the initial installation. After the correct settings were made, he didn't just stop there but waited the extra time to make sure the 1st and 2nd stage kicked in at the appropriate time. Cleaned the AC unit outside, and serviced the water heated. Jeff went above and beyond taking his time to make sure everything was in correct working order. I will be recommending him to all! I arrived home after a 10 day vacation to find that my air conditioner had died, just before a heat wave was predicted. I had read a positive review of Jeff and his company so I gave him a call. He came right over and examined the problem, even offered to put a temporary fix on my unit for free. He tried but the damage was too great, he quoted me a reasonable price and scheduled the install of a new furnace and air conditioner for the next day. We had a great experience with Jeff and his team at AGM Heating & A/C. Our A/C unit was old and not turning on. We called Jeff and he had a crew at our house within a few hours. They determine a mouse had made a nest in our A/C unit. The guys offered repair solutions as well as full replacement of both A/C & Furnace units. They were not high pressure and left the decision to us. We went with both new units and they were installed within 2 days. The technicians walked us through setting up our Nest thermostat along with warranty registration. We were pleased with their install and handling of questions. We had one follow up issue on the install a few days later and the owner Jeff responded promptly with a solution. It’s been a few weeks since the install and we’ve used the A/C unit with some June heat and all is working well.
